“Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires to maximize personal and professional potential.

My customized coaching promotes personal and professional growth, facilitating lasting change beyond traditional coaching. It draws on insights from psychology and neuroscience.

The SEEDing – Human Transformation approach guides clients through self-discovery, reflection and action to achieve change and considers a client’s change context from multiple perspectives to identify levers for sustainable, lasting impact. This helps us build skills to inspire, mobilize and engage others. 

In the four phases we:
