And I am so excited to share my story with you: 

I have a proven track record of driving significant and positive change in organizations and their leaders. No challenge is too great for me, because I have the unique ability to transform turbulent conditions of change into long-awaited rain required for a fertile ground for growth, innovation and human potential.

My expertise lies in igniting human potential within organizations and individuals, fostering sustainable change at both organizational and personal levels. Together with my clients, I enthusiastically identify and eliminate roadblocks to change.

In my work I’m blending my background as Organizational Psychologist (M.Sc. BDP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and over 20 years of experience as a passionate transformation leader driving large-scale transformations in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and other fast-paced industries.

my Purpose

For decades, I have seen the gap between need for change and off-the-shelf approaches. I have seen the impact of ignoring the human core, weak implementation, and the tremendous toll of resulting pain and toxicity. By studying leaders, employees, and consultants I deciphered what really works for sustainable human change.

I founded ROTHER CONSULTING because I know I can close this gap. Together we can make transformations more successful, human, and sustainable with lasting ripple effects for a better world.

Today’s transformations must balance excellence with sustainability. While striving for excellence fulfills humanity’s innate need for mastery, our current global climate demands more.

In this environment, the pursuit of excellence alone is no longer enough – sustainability has become essential.
